At Solarc, that means beer flavored with things like wormwood, black tea, and turmeric, and fermented with wild yeasts collected around Los Angeles. The whole operation is bordering on being a Portlandia sketch, but there’s no denying that hanging for a few hours in their quirky, colorful space (the walls are literally covered in aluminum foil) is a great way to spend a Sunday.
